TEDI organizes the awarding of the Creative Labor Certificate in 2021 by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor

On the morning of December 26, 2022, in Hanoi, the Transport Engineering Design Inc (TEDI) organized the awarding of the Creative Labor Certificate in 2021 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Mr. Le Ngoc Minh, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Transport Union and Mr. Pham Huu Son – Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of TEDI awarded the Creative Labor Certificate in 2021 to 21 TEDI Engineers according to Decision No. 5499 /QD-TLD dated October 21, 2022 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
TEDI is a consulting firm with a long tradition of emulation, patriotism, innovation and creativity, successfully completing the assigned tasks for many years. The contributions of TEDI staff to the cause of construction and development of the country’s transport infrastructure have been recognized and appreciated by the Party, State, Ministry of Transport and mass organizations.
Every year, TEDI officials, engineers and employees have hundreds of initiatives, improvements, and rationalizations that are recognized by TEDI leaders. Pursuant to the provisions of the Reward Regulation of the Vietnam Transport Trade Union, the TEDI Trade Union has selected initiatives with high benefit value and proposed the Vietnam Transport Union to consider and submit to the Vietnam General Confederation of Confederation of Labor for the award of The Creative Labor Certificate.
As a result, in the five years of 2018-2022, 73 turns of TEDI engineers have been awarded the Creative Labor Certificate (CLC) by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for scientific projects and initiatives that have been accepted and applied in practice. high socio-economic efficiency, specifically 11 CLC in 2017; 14 CLC in 2018; 12 CLC in 2019; 15CLC in 2020 and in 2021 there are 21 CLC.
The above achievements in the technical innovation movement of TEDI are thanks to the care and support of the Industry Trade Union, the Board of Directors of the Corporation and its subsidiaries along with the labor proactive, creative, enterprising of TEDI consulting engineers.
In today’s digital era and international integration, the Labor – Creativity emulation movement will be increasingly interested in replicating for TEDI employees to improve their professional qualifications and increase labor productivity, achieving high work efficiency, worthy of the stature of the TEDI brand – the leading consultant in the transportation industry in Vietnam.
