TEDI has been investing in-depth the design and survey softwares , modern equipment systems for each specialty. Up to now, the design software used at TEDI is copyrighted, the design work is converting designs from 2D to 3D to best control the design quality and to work towards management project according to the construction information model (BIM). Modern equipment is invested for laboratories, environmental monitoring; and equipment with new technologies for surveys and designs. The advanced software for consulting, forecasting and evaluating project investment efficiency has also been invested synchronously. It can be said that, during the process of building and developing, generations of TEDI leaders and engineers have determined that the research and application of new science and technology into production is the foundation of motivation for the sustainable development of TEDI.

  • Application of RM calculation software in the design of Hue – junction intersection (Da Nang city), a three-storey interchange, of which the 3rd floor is a cable-stayed bridge;
  • Bac Luan II Bridge – a friendship bridge connecting Vietnam and China is a concrete arch bridge with the largest span in Vietnam (105m);
  • Successfully applying RM and Teckla design calculation softwares in the design of Bach Dang bridge, which is recognized as the most multi-spans concrete cable-stayed bridge with 4 continuous spans (110 + 240 + 240 + 110) m
  • Successful application of RM and Teckla design calculation software in the design of Hoang Van Thu Bridge (Hai Phong) – an arched steel pipe arch bridge with the largest span (200m) – with BIM application in design;
  • Tan Vu – Lach Huyen Bridge – Vietnam’s longest cross-sea bridge (5.44km) has been completed;
  • Ham Luong Bridge – Reinforced concrete bridge using balance cantilever technology for spans up to 150m long;
