In the morning of April 25th 2017, Transport Engineering Design Inc. – JSC (TEDI) successfully held its 2017 Annual Shareholders General Meeting in Hanoi with the attendance of 316/366 shareholders and authorized people owning 12,272,900 / 12,500,000 shares, equivalent to 98.94% of the total shares.
The General Meeting of Shareholders voted to pass on the following contents: Reports of the Board of Management, Reports of the Supervisory Board, 2016 Audited Financial Statements; 2016 Distribution plan of after-tax profits; 2016 report of remuneration for members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board; 2017 Business plan, 2017 Profit distribution plan, 2017 Estimation of remuneration for members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board; as well as approving Mr. Dao Ngoc Vinh to be member of the Board of Management for the term of 2014 – 2019 from the date of 16th May 2016 and deciding on Accounting firm for 2017 Financial Statements.
Especially, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the TEDI’s strategic targets for 10-year term of 2017 – 2026, details as: revenue will expand to 1,100 billion VND in 2021 and 1,600 billion VND in 2026; profits after taxes per total revenue will reach 6.5% in 2021 and 7% in 2026; basic earnings per share (Basic EPS) will hit 3,000 VND / share in 2021 and 3,500 VND /share in 2026; capital deepening will cost 2% of total revenue. TEDI will strive to complete these target in order to maintain sustainable development after completing the process of state divestment and becoming a joint stock company of 100% of non-state capital.
The meeting favorably approved the full content of 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders resolution with a vote rate of 100% of all the attending shareholders. Please kindly check here for details.
