In the morning of April 26th 2016, TEDI successfully held its 2016 Annual Shareholders General Meeting with the participation of 259/332 shareholders and authorized people owning 12,348,000/ 12,500,000 shares, equivalent to 99.19% of the total shares.
The General Meeting of Shareholders voted on the following contents: 2015 Financial Statements and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements; Reports of the Board of Management, Reports of the Supervisory Board; Distribution plan of 2015 after-tax profits; 2015 report of remuneration for members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board; 2016Business plan , 2016 Profit distribution plan; 2017 Estimation of remuneration for members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board; List of Accounting firms for 2016 Financial Statements.
With the vote of 100% of all the attending shareholders, the Meeting also approved the following contents: state divestment plan according to the Decision No.1212/BGTVT dated April 20th 2016; Document on voting additional members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board for the term 2014 – 2019; Minutes and Resolution of TEDI 2016 General Meeting of Shareholders.
The result of voting additional members of the Board of Management:
– Mr. Hitoshi YAHAGI was elected as member of the Board of Management for the term of 2014 – 2019, replacing Mr. Yoshiki Miyazaki.
– Ms. Pham Thi Hong Nhung was elected as member of the Supervisory Board for the term of 2014 – 2019.
The 2016 Annual Shareholders General Meeting had successfully came to an end with fruitful results. All contents brought out at the Meeting were approved with the high percentage of agreement that showed shareholders’ unity for the common goal of keeping TEDI to develop sustainably more and more, effectively implementing the tasks set out by the General Meeting of Shareholders as well as ensuring legal benefits among Shareholders,– Labor and Enterprises.
