The project passes through Dien Khanh district, Cam Lam district, Cam Ranh city in Khanh Hoa province with a total project capital of more than 5,500 billion VND. Phase I has a width of 17m, 4 lanes, speed of 80km/h; The completion phase is designed to meet expressway standards with a design speed of 120km/h.
