The Phan Thiet – Dau Giay Expressway project is 99 km long, connecting Dong Nai and Binh Thuan, and started construction in September 2020 with a scale of 6 lanes. The starting point of the expressway is on the section connecting National Highway 1A to My Thanh (Binh Thuan province). The end point intersects with the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, in Thong Nhat district (Dong Nai province).
The entire project is divided into 4 packages, of which the section through Dong Nai province is nearly 52 km long with 2 packages XL03 and XL04, the section through Binh Thuan province is more than 47 km long with 2 packages XL01 and XL02.
The project was inaugurated in April 2023
