My Thuan – Can Tho Expressway is 23km long, starting point connecting with My Thuan 2 Bridge approach road and Trung Luong – My Thuan Expressway in Vinh Long city (Vinh Long province). The end point intersects with Cha Va intersection, temporarily connecting with existing National Highway 1. In the future, it will be connected with Can Tho 2 Bridge approach road and Can Tho – Ca Mau Expressway. The project has a scale of 6 lanes in the completed phase, designed speed of 100km/h; in phase 1, the project has 4 lanes, designed speed of 80km/h.

The project started construction in January 2021 and was inaugurated on December 24, 2023
