On the morning of June 25,2021 responding to the call of the President, the Prime Minister and the launching program of the Ministry of Transport, Dong Da District; TEDI’s staff and employees have joined hands to support the Covid-19 vaccine fund through the Vietnam Transport Union and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Dong Da district with a total budget of 200 million VND.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Tam – Standing Member of the Party Committee, Chairman of TEDI Trade Union directly donated funds from all TEDI staff and employees to support the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund through the Vietnam Transport Union and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Dong Da district.
Previously, responding to TEDI’s call, with the spirit of “Mutual love and affection”, each TEDI staff member contributed at least 1 day’s salary to support the TEDI Charity Fund with a total amount of 347,133 million VND. In addition to the extracted budget of VND 200 million to support the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund, the remaining funding TEDI will continue to support through other organizations and cases of TEDI officials and employees facing difficult circumstances due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, social and charity activities under the general program of TEDI.
Receiving funding support, Mr. Do Nga Viet, Chairman of Vietnam Transport Union and Mr. Do Trong Nam, Standing Member of District Party Committee, Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Da District thanked TEDI for joining hands. With workers in the transport sector and officials and people of Dong Da district supporting the Fund, contributing to the whole country to join hands and unite to soon repel and control the Covid-19 epidemic.
It can be said that each act of sharing, spreading and supporting of TEDI staff and workers in particular and the people of the country in general to the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund will definitely be a source of strength. for Vietnam to fight the Covid-19 pandemic.
