Truong Vinh Tunnel on the North-South Expressway, Nghi Son – Dien Chau section (connecting Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces), with a length of about 450m. Truong Vinh Tunnel is designed with 2 parallel tunnels, each with 3 lanes with a design speed of 80 km/h and when completed, it will be 100 km/h.
