On May 6, 2022, in Hanoi, the Transportation Engineering Design Inc – JSC (TEDI) successfully organized the Conference of Employees Delegates in 2022.
Attending the conference were Mr. Le Ngoc Minh, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Transport Union and representatives of Policy and Law Department of Vietnam Transport Union; On the side of the Corporation, there were Mr. Pham Huu Son – Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Cong Tam – Chairman of the Corporation’s Trade Union and comrades in the Board of General Directors, Executive Committee Executives of Trade Union, Youth Union, Deputy and Heads of functional departments, Divisions, affiliated branches and 130 representatives representing the Corporation’s employees.
The conference approved the report on production and business activities in 2021, production and business plan in 2022; reports on the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, the use of the welfare-reward fund, reports of the Corporation’s Trade Union and other financial contents related to employees…
At the Conference, there were 08 presentations by delegates related to production, employment, life and working conditions of employees which were answered and analyzed by the General Director, the President of the Trade Union.
All opinions are shared and directed towards the stable and sustainable development of the Corporation. With the unanimity, of employees, and the decisiveness of leaders at all levels, the Corporation will develop sustainably and harmonize the interests of investors, businesses and employees.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Ngoc Minh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Transport Union recognized and highly appreciated the achievements of the TEDI in 2021 amid the difficult context due to the impact of the pandemic. Covid-19, paying special attention to the lives of workers, and at the same time, also suggested that the Trade Union continue to actively coordinate with the Professional to well implement the grassroots democracy regulation, ensure the rights and interests of the employees. , legal benefits for employees, building TEDI to grow stronger and achieve high achievements in 2022 towards the 60th Anniversary of the TEDI’s establishment December 27, 1962 – December 27, 2022.
The Conference voted to approve the list of members representing the collective of employees participating in periodic dialogues at the workplace in 2022-2023 and the full text of the Conference Resolution with a total of 130 delegates agreeing, equivalent to 100% of delegates attending the Conference./.
