TEDI organized a specialized training program on recruitment and human resource management to enhance leadership and management capabilities while developing a high-quality workforce aligned with the TEDI’s culture. The program featured senior speaker Mr. Tran Bang Viet, who shared practical experience in human resource development. The training reaffirmed TEDI’s commitment to placing people at the center of all innovation and creativity.
On 08 November 2025, Transport Engineering Design Incorporated –(TEDI) held the specialized training program entitled “Recruitment and Human Resource Management in Transport Engineering Design Consulting”, with the participation of the TEDI’s Board of Management, leaders of member units, center directors, and heads and deputy heads of departments.
The program aimed to enhance awareness and human resource management capabilities among managers at all levels, toward building a high-quality workforce aligned with TEDI’s culture and core values, meeting development requirements in the new phase.
The keynote speaker was Mr. Tran Bang Viet, Senior Lecturer and expert in strategic consulting and human resource development, who shared extensive practical experience in talent recruitment, training, and retention at major enterprises.
The training session was conducted in an open, interactive, and insightful atmosphere, contributing to TEDI’s continued efforts to refine its sustainable human resource development strategy and reaffirming that people remain at the center of all innovation and creativity.
