On December 24, 2022, at TEDI, the Conference of Representative of Capital and Corporate Governance Training in 2022 of the Transport Corporation – JSC (TEDI) was held with the participation of the members of the Board of Directors of TEDI and subsidiaries together with the Executive Board, the heads of the contract management departments, the administrative organization and the Chief Accountant, the Heads of the Supervisory Board of the subsidiaries.
The conference listened to and discussed the report summarizing the representation of capital in the period of 2018-2022 and orientation for the period of 2023-2026; report on experience in corporate governance of two major shareholders: OCG, Red Investment Fund; Capital Representative’s speech at subsidiaries.
Master Ngo Quy Nham – Lecturer of Foreign Trade University also presented at the Conference on the topic “Leadership and strategic thinking in the digital era”; and “Management and evaluation of work performance”.
On the basis of the discussion results, the Conference concluded and evaluated the work results for the period 2018-2022 and oriented activities for the period 2023-2026 to continue to implement and complete the Phase Development Strategy 2017-2026
Regarding the performance results in the period of 2018-2022, overcoming many difficulties and challenges and the heavy impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, making full use of opportunities and opportunities, TEDI and its subsidiaries have mastered implementation of profitable business and production activities; ensure business according to registered lines of business and comply with the law; carry out self-monitoring and evaluation of business results and management and administration of the enterprise in compliance with current regulations;
The Board of Management of the Corporation and the Representative of the capital share in the Subsidiaries have well completed their tasks in the management and administration of the business, preserving and developing the capital of the Corporation; improve the efficiency of capital use of the Corporation in its subsidiaries, ensure that the business continues to be stable and develop, the living standards of employees are improved, dividends for shareholders are guaranteed, TEDI brand name in general and the brand of each subsidiary in particular is maintained and promoted in the consulting market.
With the development orientation and goals clearly and specifically defined by the Board of Directors, TEDI will continue to develop stably and sustainably with the noble mission of “Creating sustainable value of each construction project” for a transport infrastructure system in Vietnam to develop more and more perfect and meet the needs of the country’s socio-economic development.
