The delegation of the Economic Committee and functional agencies of the 15th National Assembly together with representatives of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Transport and leaders of departments of Hanoi city, Hung Yen province, Bac Ninh surveyed the current situation of the Ring Road 4 – Hanoi Capital Region.
On the morning of May 21, departing from Hanoi, the delegation carried out an actual survey of the entire Ring Road 4 – Hanoi Capital Region.
During the survey, the National Assembly’s delegation basically agreed with the urgency and proposals on alignment, technical standards, and investment scale of the Project.
- The delegation participated in the field survey at the following locations:
- Intersection of Ring Road 4 with Phap Van – Cau Gie expressway.
- The intersection of Ring Road 4 with Hanoi – Hai Phong highway.
- The intersection of Hanoi – Bac Giang expressway with Noi Bai – Ha Long highway (the end point of the route connecting 9.7km).
After the field visit at the Project, the delegation led by Mr. Vu Hong Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Economic Committee of the 15th National Assembly, worked with relevant ministries, branches and localities regarding the implementation progress, capital structure, and other contents that need to be fully absorbed according to the opinions of the National Assembly Standing Committee to serve as a basis for reporting to the Government to submit to the National Assembly to ensure the required time.
Receiving comments from Mr. Vu Hong Thanh, the agencies of the National Assembly representing the People’s Committees of Hanoi City, Hung Yen and Bac Ninh provinces and the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Transport all agreed to review and complete the relevant contents of the project to submit to the Government. This is a national key project that has been agreed by the Politburo, the Government and the National Assembly Standing Committee on the implementation policy with the construction investment progress in the period 2022-2027.
