On 19 August 2025, the Rach Mieu 2 Bridge—a strategic project for which TEDI provided survey and design consultancy—was officially inaugurated. This milestone is part of the nationwide inauguration of 250 key transport projects, demonstrating Vietnam’s strong commitment to infrastructure development and modernizing the country’s transport network.
Spanning the Tien River and connecting Tien Giang and Ben Tre provinces, Rach Mieu 2 Bridge is expected to alleviate increasing traffic pressure on the existing Rach Mieu Bridge, while driving socio-economic, trade, and tourism development across the Mekong Delta.
As the design consultant, TEDI applied advanced engineering solutions to ensure safety, durability, and harmony with the surrounding landscape. The project highlights TEDI’s technical expertise and reinforces its commitment to supporting the nation in building strategic infrastructure.
The inauguration of Rach Mieu 2 Bridge carries significant benefits: it provides a convenient transportation corridor, reduces traffic congestion, strengthens regional connectivity, improves residents’ quality of life, and stimulates broader economic growth across the Southern Key Economic Region.
By contributing to hundreds of transport projects nationwide, TEDI remains steadfast in its mission: “Shaping enduring infrastructure”, bringing expertise and dedication to modern, safe, and sustainable projects. With Rach Mieu 2, TEDI once again affirms its reputation and pioneering position in transport design consultancy, continuing its vision of creating landmark infrastructure that drives national development forward.
