On 6 September 2025, at Km11+300 – National Highway 2, the Hanoi People’s Committee and the joint investors (CITYLAND – SUNFLOWER – VEC – HORIZON) held the groundbreaking ceremony for Component 3: PPP investment in the highway under Ring Road 4 – Hanoi Capital Region.
TEDI has participated from the planning and investment preparation stage, providing consulting and design services to ensure safety, quality, aesthetics, and sustainability. With a total investment of VND 53,302 billion and an estimated toll recovery period of 21.4 years, the project is expected to significantly enhance Hanoi’s transport infrastructure and support socio-economic development in the Capital Region.
The project, with a total length of 113.52 km (103.82 km main route, 9.7 km connecting sections), connects Hanoi with Hưng Yên and Bắc Ninh, creating new development opportunities and improving regional connectivity. The highway is designed as a 4-lane road in the current phase (17 m wide), with major bridges up to 24.5 m to accommodate additional traffic, and will be upgraded to a full 6-lane highway.
