On July 1, 2020, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction held the Awarding Ceremony for High-quality constructions and bidding packages for the phase 4 of 2019 and the phase 1 of 2020. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le Quang Hung – Deputy Minister of MOC, Chairman of the Examination Council; Ms.Nguyen Thi Thuy Le – President of Vietnam Construction Union; Mr. Pham Minh Ha Director of the Department of State expertise of quality of construction works – Vice Chairman of the Examination Council.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung said that the award for high-quality construction works and bidding packages is one of the most important events of the construction industry in order to honor the collective who have contributed so much to create high-quality construction works and bidding packages.
This award has been held for many years, honoring hundreds of units operating in the field of construction with award works. Since 2016, in addition to selecting and awarding high-quality projects, the Organizing Committee also selects and awards for high quality bidding packages to encourage contractors to participate only in performing one or several bidding packages in a project.
The award includes the award certificate awarded by the Chairman of the Award Council to the contractors participating in the construction of the work, the Gold Medal of high quality is awarded to the contractors that registered the award.
At the ceremony, the Ministry of Construction honored and awarded 22 works, 9 bidding packages of high quality for phase 4 of 2019 and phase 1 of 2020.
