On the morning of 19 April 2025, the People’s Committee of Hanoi City held the groundbreaking ceremony for the interchange project at Ring Road 3.5 and Thăng Long Boulevard, along with the inauguration of the Le Quang Dao Extended Road. These are key transportation projects aimed at completing technical infrastructure and promoting socio-economic development in the western area of the Hanoi Capital.
The TEDI International Consultant Division proudly served as the principal design consultant for both projects, playing a pivotal role in delivering sustainable, modern, and integrated traffic solutions.
- Groundbreaking of the Interchange at Ring Road 3.5 – Thang Long Boulevard
Located in An Khaánh Commune, Hoai Duc District, the project is managed by the Hanoi Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board. It includes overpasses and underpasses at the junction of two major arterial roads, reducing traffic conflicts, increasing transport capacity, and facilitating urban development in Hoai Duc District.

- Includes underpasses and overpasses at the Ring Road 3.5 – Thang Long Boulevard intersection.
- Provides direct connectivity, minimizing at-grade crossings.
- Modern design accommodates high traffic volume and separates motorized and non-motorized vehicles.

- Inauguration of Le Quang Dao Extended Road
Managed by the People’s Committee of Nam Tu Lien District, this 2.6 km extension connects the existing Le Quang Dao – Thang Long Boulevard junction to Le Trong Tan Road (Ha Dong District), forming a new arterial corridor for western Hanoi.

- 6 lanes for motor vehicles

- Sidewalks 5–6 m wide on each side
- Starting point: Le Quang Dao – Thang Long Boulevard junction
- Endpoint: Intersection with Le Trong Tan Road, adjacent to Duong Noi service area
