On 19 August 2025, Vietnam’s construction sector reached a historic milestone as 250 key transport infrastructure projects were simultaneously commenced and inaugurated, spanning from the Northern mountainous areas to Red River Delta, Central Vietnam, Central Highlands, Mekong Delta, and coastal islands. This nationwide event demonstrates the Government’s commitment to infrastructure investment, driving growth and enhancing national connectivity.
In this landmark occasion, TEDI is proud to participate as a leading design consultancy, contributing to multiple strategic projects:
Expansion of Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh Expressway and Dau Giay – Tan Phu Expressway, completing the Eastern North–South Expressway corridor through the Southeast region.
Rach Mieu 2 Bridge across the Tien River, alleviating congestion on the existing Rach Mieu Bridge and boosting socio-economic development in the Mekong Delta.
Ca Mau – Dat Mui Expressway and Hon Khoai Island Connector, symbolizing the ambition to expand towards the sea at Vietnam’s southernmost tip.
Van Phuc Bridge and connecting road to National Highway 32, enhancing regional connectivity in the capital and integrating with the national transport network.
A key highlight of TEDI’s participation is the application of modern technologies throughout survey and design processes. TEDI has implemented Building Information Modeling (BIM) extensively, combined with 3D digital surveying, GIS, and advanced analytical tools. These technologies ensure:
- High accuracy in modeling infrastructure and topography.
- Optimization of technical solutions, improving investment efficiency and accelerating schedules.
- Early detection and resolution of design conflicts, minimizing construction risks.
- Sustainable, environmentally friendly designs aligned with green infrastructure development goals.
By proactively adopting and mastering these technologies, TEDI not only delivers high-quality design consultancy for strategic projects but also reinforces its pioneering role in the digital transformation of Vietnam’s transport engineering sector.
The simultaneous groundbreaking and inauguration of 250 projects also serves as an opportunity for TEDI to reaffirm its vision: “Shaping Infrastructure – Connecting the Future.” With professional expertise, practical experience, and advanced technology, TEDI will continue contributing high-quality infrastructure projects, supporting Vietnam’s steady progress toward modernization and international integration.
