On the morning of 18 January 2025, Transport Engineering Design Incorporated (TEDI) convened a meeting of its Science and Technology Council. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Pham Huu Son, Chairman of TEDI; Chairman of the Science and Technology Council, with the participation of Council members, subject-matter experts, and leaders and chief designers from TEDI’s affiliated Centers.
During the session, delegates reviewed presentations and provided comments to finalize two corporate-level scientific research projects for 2024, including:
- Research Project: Study on Flexible Pier Bridge Solutions
Project Leader: MSc. Dang Quang Luat and the research team from the Center for Structural Engineering Consultancy; - Research Project: Development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Procedures at TEDI
Project Leader: MSc. Nguyen Minh Tung and the research team from the International Consultancy Center.
In his concluding remarks, Mr. Pham Huu Son highly appreciated the research outcomes achieved by both project teams. He requested that the teams incorporate the comments provided during the meeting to finalize the reports for approval by the Science and Technology Council and subsequent application within TEDI’s practical operations.
