In the morning of 18th October 2019, TEDI Standing Committee of Trade Union and Board of Female Workers held a talk on “The role of mothers in edicating their children” on the occasion of the 89th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union (20th October 1930 – 20th October 2019). This is an opportunity to review the glorious tradition of Vietnamese women through the periods of more than 150 female employees in the TEDI Group.
Attending and having a speech in the talk, Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Ha congratulated all female employees, at the same time, recorded and highly appreciated the positive contributions of women in the developmet of TEDI.

Master Phan Trung Phuong, traditional Cultural Ethics Learning Club of UNESCO International Education Center in Vietnam, presented the topic with the main content of awareness raising on the importance of family education, especially emphasizingthe role of the mother; Children growing stages, optimal time and the methods of parenting. Through the talk, the women have gained a lot of useful knowledge that contributes to changing their awareness and minds, and learnt to educate their children in the current society, thereby successfully completing works at the company.

At the end of the talk, Mr. Nguyen Cong Tam, Member of Excutive Committee of Vietnam Transportation Union, Chairman of TEDI Trade Union expressed his deep thanks to Party Committee, Board of Directors, Board for the Advancement of Women, TEDI Trade Union has always supported both physically and mentally, always encouraged, understood and accompanied with female employees of TEDI in the works and movement activities; he also thanked the expert for sharing enthusiastically with TEDI’s female employees about practical, attractive and useful contents for life.
On this occasion, the unions of TEDI’s group of member companies also organized activities for female employees, creating an atmosphere of excitement to strengthen the solidarity, cohesion and encouragement of female employees’ spirit enthusiastically in labor competition and production strives to successfully complete the assigned tasks in 2019.
