TEDI Trade Union holds Sports Tournament to celebrate the 65th Capital Liberation Day, toward the 57th anniversary of TEDI’s establishment

TEDI Trade union successfully held the internal sport tournament to celebrate the 65^th Capital Liberation Day on 10^th October, toward the 57^th anniversary of the Incorporation’s establishment (27^th December 1962 – 27^th December 2019).

The Internal Sport Tournament 2019 is considered to be a high quality tournament, receiving attention and facilitation of the Board of Directors of the Incorporation and the units, attracting a large number of union members and employees to participate in the competition, cheer and encouragement. The main sponsors for the tournament are the International Consulting Division & Branches and some units and individuals in the Incorporation.

The tournament was organized from October 7^th to 26^th with 22 contents of 8 sports, including: football, badminton, table tennis, swimming, chess, shuttlecock kicking, tug of war. There were more than 200 employees from 16 component trade unions participated in the tournament, divided into 6 inter-teams by random picking.

During the tournament, the athletes competed enthusiastically and wholeheartedly, trying their best to achieve the highest results with the fair, objective and accurate administration of the arbitration team. The final ranks of teams are:

1. 1^st prize:Inter-team of Highway and Airport Engineering Division and Financial & Accounting Department
2. 2^nd prize: Inter-team of Railway and Road Engineering Construction Division, Printing Shop, Administrative Department, and Human Resources Department.
3. 3^rd prize: Inter-team of Engineering Survey Data and Services division, Quality Control and R&D department, Marketing and Project Formation Department
4. Consolation prizes:

Inter-team of Environmental Consultancy and services division, Construction supervision division and Architecture and civil engineering consultants

Inter-team of Structural Engineering Division and Business Management Department

Inter-team of International Consulting division and Tedi branch in Ho Chi Minh city

In recent years, the Annual Internal Sports Tournament has become a useful playground, encouraging the development of sports movements, improving health, improving the spiritual life of trade union members and employees; enhancing the exchange, coordination, solidarity, understanding and respect for each other; creating conditions to support and help each other between the units in the Corporation.
